I grew up in a kitchen that always smelled of something comforting — toast, cinnamon, the faint promise of potatoes roasting on Sundays.
My mum believed that snacks were love made visible; she never measured, only knew when things were ready.
She taught me that food could heal.
And the air fryer? It taught me that food could be fun again.
This site is where I brought those two worlds together — the tradition I grew up with, and the invention that changed how I cook.
